    Every Open the OS button, and every link that names an app, used to stop at the landing screen where Enter had to be pressed again. They now boot straight to the desktop, and the 24 app pages each bring their own window up with it.

  • Open the OS enters the desktop directly. It used to leave a first-time visitor on the landing screen, where Enter had to be pressed again to get in.
  • The Open button on all 24 app pages opens the desktop with that app's window already up, instead of stopping at the landing screen.
  • 6 document pages showed a bare label like About or Futarchy in the browser tab; each now carries a title and description written for search.

Removed1

  • The home landing hero drops the strip of 8 app icons and the frosted disc behind the logo.
