1.5.5

DECUS

1.5.4 made Ethereum and Base selectable across the shell. This release gives them something to do. ETH Hub is the first app built for the Ethereum side rather than adapted to it: it audits a wallet for the standing token permissions that accumulate behind every dapp you have ever used, prices what each one could actually take, and lets you withdraw them. Underneath, the shell itself got faster, because apps now arrive as you open them instead of all together before anything can appear.

Highlights

  • 01

ETH Hub, or seeing what can spend your tokens

Every dapp you approve keeps that permission after you stop using it, usually an unlimited one, and it survives the project being abandoned. ETH Hub reads your approval history on Ethereum and Base, checks which grants are still live, and lists them with the one number that matters: what each of them could take from your wallet right now. Revoking is one click per approval.

  • 02

A priced inventory of what a wallet is carrying

The Dust tab finds every token the wallet holds, prices it against the deepest market trading it, and separates real positions from the airdrop remnants and swap change underneath them. Tokens with no liquid market are shown as unpriced rather than assumed worthless.

  • 03

    The shell starts faster

Apps arrive the moment you open them rather than all at once on the way in. The system now downloads about half as much before anything appears, and the desktop is drawn before any app has been asked for, so a session where you open Terminal no longer pays for the trading apps you never touched.

  • 04

    Base is explorable

Base was selectable as a network but had no explorer behind it. Accounts, balances and contracts now resolve on Base the same way they do on Ethereum.

Everything in this release

New4

  • ETH Hub, a wallet-security app for Ethereum and Base. It reads approval history, confirms which permissions are still in force, and ranks them by what they could reach today rather than by the size of the number granted.
  • Approval revoking. Each revoke is its own transaction on its own token, so the app says up front how many wallet prompts a batch will produce and stops the moment you dismiss one.
  • Collection-wide NFT approvals are found alongside token allowances and always rank as critical, since a single grant of that kind covers everything in the collection.
  • A dust view that finds held tokens, values them against the deepest available market, and lets you move the dust threshold between $1, $5 and $25 without scanning again.

Improved2

  • Apps arrive as they are opened. The download before the desktop appears is roughly half what it was, and the heaviest single app is around a quarter of its old size.
  • Base joins Ethereum, BNB Chain and Avalanche in the explorer, with contracts and event history available on both Ethereum-style networks.

Fixed1

  • Wallet and token arithmetic is covered by the normal type and correctness checks again.
